CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We make this policy publicly known and clear on our website so that all Worldwide Trophy Adventures’ clients understand. If you make a deposit on a hunt and you have to cancel, you lose your deposit and any other money paid to date.
Deposits are money paid to reserve your hunt dates. When you have a deposit paid, you own those hunt dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. We are not holding these funds for you to decide what to do later or so that you can ask for them back. When you pay a deposit on a hunt you need to consider it non-refundable and that you pay these funds to secure your hunting or fishing trip.
If you are worried that you might be unable to make your hunting or fishing trip dates work and have to cancel the trip, then we suggest buying trip insurance. There are special insurance companies that offer policies specifically for hunting trips. The website to the company we recommend for trip insurance is on our website under the links section of the home page.

DEPOSIT POLICY
All guides, outfitters, and professional hunters require a deposit in order to reserve your hunt. Most require a 50% deposit, some require less. If you have any questions on deposit requirements, please do not hesitate to ask.
Worldwide Trophy Adventures can accept cashiers checks, company or personal checks on hunts over 60 days away. For hunts starting 60 days from the time of payment, Worldwide Trophy Adventures require cashiers checks or money orders. Some hunts require full payment before the hunt commences, for these, Worldwide Trophy Adventures requires certified funds.
COMPANY DISCLAIMER
GUARANTEES: None are made by Worldwide Trophy Adventures or the Outfitters whom we arrange hunts for. Guarantees are illegal in some cases and none are implied.
INSURANCE: Worldwide Trophy Adventures recommends that you verify relevant insurance policies before leaving home. Worldwide Trophy Adventures recommends that you obtain trip cancellation insurance as well as emergency medical insurance.
LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY: Worldwide Trophy Adventures acts only as a
limited representative for clients or their agents in engaging in the service of
companies or other persons to provide transportation, lodging, tours, guides, and
other travel services. Worldwide Trophy Adventures and its employees are not
principals, partners, or operators of any airlines, carrier, hotel, tour company, or any other provider of travel services, and no provider should be considered to be principal, employee, or partner of Worldwide Trophy Adventures. Worldwide Trophy Adventures is not responsible for the actions of the providers, and has no control over the actual hunting trip, fishing trip, travel or accommodations. Neither Worldwide Trophy Adventures nor it’s employees, officers, directors, agents or affiliates will be responsible or liable for any loss injury, death or damage to any persons or property arising out of arrangements made on behalf of any persons by Worldwide Trophy Adventures or caused by or arising out of travel or other activities undertaken as a result of such arrangements. Each person who participates in travel or other activities arranged by Worldwide Trophy Adventures, or it’s employees or agents, does so at his or hers own risk and assumes complete responsibility for the inherent risks and dangers associated with the travel, safari or other activities arranged by Worldwide Trophy Adventures and include, without limitations: (a) adverse weather or other hazards of nature; (b) strenuous physical activity; (c) accidents; (d) disease or other physical ailments; (e) civil unrest.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: Worldwide Trophy Adventures reserve the right to decline, accept or expel any persons as a participant in travel, tours, or trips arranged by Worldwide Trophy Adventures, if Worldwide Trophy Adventures deems necessary for the safety or comfort of other participants. Any person rejected or expelled will not be entitled to a refund for unused services.
