Worldwide Trophy Adventures is indeed “Your Ultimate Outfitter Connection”, and we can say this because of what we do, how we do it, and who we represent. We aren’t just another booking agency that does anything to fill any open spot available with outfitters that we have or haven’t been in the field with. WE HAVE PERSONALLY BEEN IN THE FIELD WITH ALL OF THE OUTFITTERS THAT WE REPRESENT! All of our outfitters have been field verified by Worldwide Trophy Adventures as a Certified Outfitter. We only book for a select few Outfitters in each area, unit, or country. We may not be the highest volume Booking Agency, but when we book a hunt for our clients, it is simply with the best outfitters that are available at the time. There are also outfitters that we have been in the field with that we do not endorse as Worldwide Trophy Adventures Certified Outfitters. We have hunted with these outfitters as full paying clients, and in most cases leave camp giving the outfitter some practical advice and the reason we will not book for them. Multiple members of our staff have spent more than a million personal dollars hunting around the world as full paying clients. Our staff has hunted with over 254 different outfitters as full paying clients, that’s right….. 254! Using this vast experience, we have composed a Certified Outfitter portfolio that we support and use. We run an up-front, honest, and fine-tuned operation, and we expect the outfitters that we book for to do the same.

Worldwide Trophy Adventures only endorses the best of the best when it comes to Guides and Outfitters! Outfitters and Clients love our “POST HUNT REPORT”! This tool has helped us build our client list to what it is today. We receive dozens of inquiries from outfitters about our services every season. The fact of the matter is, we turn down most of these offers to book for these outfitters. It’s not that we are not continually looking for new outfitters and experiences, it’s that we typically book a hunt with a new outfitter based on a referral from a trusted source. In most cases the outfitters we turn down are flabbergasted, in most cases they have never heard of a booking agency that has a stringent vetting process. The sad fact is that most booking agencies will book for anyone with a heartbeat and that will pay a commission. That is not the case with us. We also support our outfitters and view our relationship as a continual work in progress. We share feedback and make suggestions each and every year. Our goal is to work with our outfitters for the foreseeable future. It just makes sense! If we address any short-coming as they arise, we will jointly be able to provide you, the client, with a better service. In return for this better service, we hope to acquire you, the client, as a customer for the foreseeable future also. Because of our feedback in relationship to past hunters, you will find that our clients are treated as good as possible on their hunts. Our outfitters feel consistent pressure from us to treat our clients in a way that will insure that we continue to endorse them. The consequences can be devastating to an outfitter who doesn’t keep this in mind. We very often represent a majority of the outfitters a yearly quota of hunters and fully expect our clients to be treated as good or better in camp as his/her other clients. Our clients are encouraged to fill out a “POST HUNT REPORT” that we, at Worldwide Trophy Adventures will follow up on. The outfitter knows that this report will be available to our members and future clients prior to any bookings. They simply have to make our clients happy to continue to take advantage of our support. There are far more outfitters out there than clients, and darn few of them are great outfitters. Our commitment to you is that we will continue to bring you, the client, the best of the best in outfitters. Our personal experience and our company’s tools allow us to do this.

Worldwide Trophy Adventures’ main goal is to use this information to pair you with the best outfitter available that fits your specific wants and needs!  We aren’t just another booking agency that simply gives you some suggestions and expects to get paid if you end up booking a hunt or fishing trip with someone that we referred you to. WE ARE YOUR HUNT/FISHING CONSULTANT!  YOU DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR USING OUR SERVICES. THE OUTFITTER SHARES HIS PROFIT WITH US FOR ACCESS TO OUR CLIENT BASE. This point seems to be the hardest for our clients to comprehend. Our agreements are structured with the outfitter so you will NOT pay any extra for our services. The outfitter pays us for the service we provide to you. Our agreements with the outfitters are structured to ensure that you book your hunt or fishing trip at the same rate as you would pay for the trip if you booked the trip without our services. The fact is, we have some of the best outfitters in the business at our disposal. We know that our available client list is as good as there is in the world as well. Our job is to take the guess-work out of the picture and provide advice not only on excellent locations and opportunity, but first-hand knowledge of the outfitter and trip details. Our perspective is different from any other leading booking agency. Our perspective has come with first-hand knowledge as FULL PAYING CLIENTS. You see, unlike other leading booking agencies who take free hunts in return for representing the outfitters, we have hunted with them as full paying clients.
